Pending are two motions to dismiss, one from each defendant: MTC Financial, Inc. (ECF No. 7) and Deutsche National Trust Company (ECF No. 9). Plaintiff opposed both motions in one document. ECF No. 16. MTC Financial submitted a reply brief. ECF No. 17. The matter came on for hearing before the undersigned March 29, 2023. Plaintiff was granted additional time to submit additional documents, which were filed (ECF No. 22) and have been reviewed by the court. For the reasons explained below, the court recommends that the motions to dismiss be GRANTED because plaintiff’s complaint is time-barred. //// //// …
