18 19 On February 1, 2023, the Court issued an order requiring Fernando Gastelum (“Plaintiff”) to show cause as to why the Court should not decline to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over his State law claims. (ECF No. 11.) Presently before the Court are the parties’ responses to its order to show cause.
