15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff Eural Debbs Sr. is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action filed under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983. (Doc. No. 1 “Complaint”). For the reasons set forth below, the undersigned recommends the District Court dismiss this action without prejudice for Plaintiff’s failure to prosecute this action. BACKGROUND Plaintiff is proceeding on his initial civil rights complaint under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983 alleging discrimination in violation of the Fourteenth Amendment. (Id.).
