CENTER, Defendant. 17 18 On February 14, 2023, I recommended that defendant’s motion to dismiss be granted and that plaintiff’s complaint be dismissed with leave to amend. ECF No. 9. On March 15, 2023, the court adopted the findings and recommendations, dismissed plaintiff’s complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, and granted plaintiff thirty days to file an amended complaint. ECF No. 10. The court also warned plaintiff that failure to timely file an amended complaint would result in dismissal of this action. Id. The deadline has passed, and plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint or otherwise responded to the March 15, 2023 order. Accordingly, it is RECOMMENDED that: 1.
