(“Defendant”). See Ex. A, Not. Removal, ECF No. 1, at 12–45 (“Compl.”). Defendant subsequently removed the case to this Court on September 21, 2022, pursuant to this Court’s diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1332. See Not. Removal, ECF No. 1, at 1–10 (“Not.
