DAYS Defendant. 16 17 18 19 I. INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Josue Duran (“Plaintiff”) initiated this civil action against Defendant Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC (“Defendant”) on December 15, 2022. (ECF No. 1.) Presently before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion to amend the complaint. (ECF No. 11.) The District Judge referred the motion to amend to this Court for the preparation of findings and recommendations and/or other appropriate action. (ECF No. 12.)
