Pending before the court is plaintiff’s amended complaint. (ECF No. 8.) Named as defendants are Sacramento County Sheriff Cooper, Food Service Supervisor Johnson and Dr. Singh. Plaintiff’s amended complaint raises two claims. At the outset, the undersigned observes that the amended complaint contains no allegations against defendant Cooper.
