20 Kevin Lee McCollum (“Plaintiff”) is a prisoner proceeding pro se with this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff filed the Complaint commencing this action on March 16, 2023. (ECF No. 1.) Plaintiff is housed at the John Latorraca Correctional Center in Merced, California, in the custody of the Merced County Sheriff.
