This proceeding was referred to this court by Local Rule 302 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). Currently pending before the court is plaintiff’s motion to correct the filing fees in this case. ECF No. 12. In the motion plaintiff indicates that he filed civil rights complaints in this district as well as the Central District of California for which multiple filing fees are being withdrawn from his prison trust account each month. See Holmes v. Johnson, No. 2:22-cv- 04832-SPG-PD (C.D. Cal.).
