17 This matter is before the Court pursuant to an Order from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. (ECF No. 15.) By way of background, Plaintiff proceeds in this civil action pro se. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge under the Eastern District of California’s Local Rules. On October 4, 2022, the magistrate judge issued findings and recommendations. (ECF No. 6.) On October 21, 2022, Plaintiff filed objections. (ECF No. 7.) On November 16, 2022, the Court adopted in full the findings and recommendations, dismissed Plaintiff’s Complaint with prejudice, and closed the case. (ECF No. 8.)
