19 On April 9, 2023, Plaintiff GS Holistic, LLC filed a motion for default judgment against Defendants Puff Lounge LLC d/b/a Royal Flame Tobacco (“Defendant Puff Lounge LLC”) and Manuel Robertson (“Defendant Robertson”) (collectively, “Defendants”). (Doc. 15.) No opposition was filed. The motion was referred to the undersigned pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302.
