17 I. INTRODUCTION On April 20, 2023, Plaintiffs E.P., N.C., A.H., and M.M. (“Minor Plaintiffs”), by and through their guardian ad litem, Cecilia Chavez (“Chavez”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”), filed an unopposed Administrative Motion for Approval of Settlement and Compromise of Minor Plaintiffs’ Claims (the “Motion”). (Docs. 30 & 31; see also Doc. 34.)
