Plaintiff, who is represented by counsel, filed a complaint on November 30, 2022, alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1965. ECF No. 1. Defendants moved to dismiss. ECF No. 6. On February 9, 2023, the motion was granted, and the complaint was dismissed with leave to amend except as to claims against individual defendants, which were dismissed with prejudice. ECF No. 17. On March 10, 2023, plaintiff filed a First Amended Complaint (“FAC”), naming as defendant “Robert Bonta, Chief Executive Officer, Department of Justice (CA).” ECF No. 19.
