17 On October 24, 2022, Plaintiff Darren Gilbert (“Plaintiff”) filed a motion for default judgment against Defendants Harkirat Singh Samra dba Bill’s Sport & Bait Shop and Fahmi Abdo Alsumeri (collectively, “Defendants”). (Doc. 19.) No opposition was filed. The motion was referred to the undersigned pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. The Court finds the matter suitable for decision without oral argument pursuant to Local Rule 230(g), and the hearing set for December 9, 2022, was previously vacated. (Doc. 21.)
