15 Defendant. 90-DAY DEADLINE 16 17 Pending before the Court is Defendant The Geo Group, Inc.’s (“Defendant”) motion to stay (Doc. 19), Plaintiffs Jose Ruben Hernandez Gomez, Salesh Prasad, Guillermo Medina Reyes, Edgar Sanchez, Adan Castillo Merino, Oliva Sierra Ivan, Fidel Garcia, Issac Cardona Hernandez, and Pedro Jesus Figueroa Padilla’s (collectively “Plaintiffs”) opposition (Doc. 23), and Defendant’s reply (Doc. 28). For the reasons explained herein, Defendant’s motion to stay shall be granted.1
