Ramos (“Plaintiffs”), proceeding with counsel, filed the complaint in this action in Fresno County Superior Court against Defendants Funding Rush, Inc., Andrew Adrian Dioli, Ralph Martinez, Jay Turner, Lennar Title, Inc., Lil’ Wave Financial, Inc., Superior Loan Servicing, Lexington Mortgage Company, Spiros Cheng, Richard Barns, Katherine Heftman, Silicon Private Capital, Bethany Dioli, and unidentified Does 1- (collectively, “Defendants”).
