v. (ECF No. 10) WATERS, et al., Defendants. 16 Plaintiff Hendrix Montecastro (“Plaintiff’) is proceeding pro se and is a state prisoner who initiated this civil rights action. (ECF No. 1.) The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. On June 12, 2023, the assigned Magistrate Judge found that Plaintiff failed to comply with a Court order and failed to prosecute this matter. (ECF No. 10.) Specifically, Plaintiff violated Local Rule 183(b) by failing to keep the Court appraised of a current address. (Id. at 1.) Thus, the Magistrate Judge recommended that the action be dismissed without prejudice. (Id. at 3.)
