On January 15, 2020, Defendant removed this action to this Court. Id. On May 25, 2023, the parties filed a notice of settlement. (Doc. 83). On June 22, 2023, the Court issued an order directing the parties to file dispositional documents no later than July 7, 2023. (Doc. 84). As of the date of this Order, the parties have failed to file dispositional documents or any alternative filing seeking an extension of the time set by the Court to file dispositional documents, and the time to do so has passed.
