16 17 Introduction Plaintiff Carl Meeks initiated this action with the filing of a complaint on June 22, 2022, in which he brings claims against Defendant for alleged vehicle warranty violations pursuant to the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and/or Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. (Doc. 1 p. 4).
