Currently before the Court is Defendants’ motion to dismiss, filed May 16, 2023. (ECF I. PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND This action is proceeding on Plaintiff’s deliberate indifference claims against Defendants Eslick and Flores and retaliation claims against Defendants Satterfield and Flores.
