17 Plaintiff Jared Kristopher Rysedorph (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On July 5, 2023, the Court screened the first amended complaint and directed Plaintiff to file a second amended complaint or a notice of voluntary dismissal within thirty days. (ECF No. 20.)
