Johnson, proceeding pro se, filed a civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. (Doc. 1.) In his complaint, which was filed in the Sacramento Division of this Court, Plaintiff alleges violations of his civil rights during criminal proceedings in the Superior Court of the State of California for Kings County.
