Defendants filed an opposition, ECF No. 180, and plaintiff replied, ECF No. 186. The matter was heard before the court on July 19, 2023. ECF No. 193. Plaintiff’s explanatory slides were filed under seal by leave of court. ECF No. 195. Defendants emailed a letter brief in response, to which plaintiff emailed a reply.
