18 Elena Ortiz (“Plaintiff”), proceeding pro se, removed this action from state court on June 6, 2023. (ECF No. 1.) On June 7, 2023, the Court denied Plaintiff’s application to proceed in forma pauperis, and ordered Plaintiff to file a long form application to proceed in forma pauperis, or pay the filing fee. (ECF No. 3.) Plaintiff has not filed the long form application nor paid the filing fee by the deadline to do so.
