17 I. INTRODUCTION Plaintiff initiated this putative class action on April 12, 2019. (ECF No. 1.) The action asserts claims relating to failure to provide meal periods and failure to authorize and permit rest periods. Plaintiff filed a motion to certify the class on February 17, 2023.
