Fox, and Edmond Tarverdian (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) seek to recover damages and obtain injunctive relief against Defendants Kasra Sadr (“Sadr”), the Car Law Firm (“CLF”), the Sadr Law Firm (“SLF”), and Nationwide VIN Marketing (“Nationwide”) (collectively, “Sadr Defendants”), as well as Defendant Ryan Bancaya (“Bancaya”).
