INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Mateo Albina Castillo (“Plaintiff”) seeks judicial review of a final decision of the Acting Commissioner of Social Security (the “Acting Commissioner” or “Defendant”) denying his application for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) under the Social Security Act (the “Act”).
