On July 27, 2023, Plaintiff filed a notice indicating that he does not intend to further amend his pretrial statement. (ECF No. 115) Accordingly, the Court will set a pretrial conference before the District Judge. IT IS ORDERED as follows: 1. The Court sets a Zoom pretrial conference before District Judge Jennifer L.
