19 ----oo0oo---- 20 Phillip Hoff (“plaintiff”) brought this action against 21 the County of Siskiyou and Andrea Fox (collectively 22 “defendants”), for violations of federal and state law related to 23 plaintiff’s inability to obtain a permit for a Conex container1 24 on his property.
