(“Plaintiffs”), brings this lawsuit alleging that Defendants failed to prevent and end abuse that Plaintiffs suffered while in foster care. Upon referral, the assigned Magistrate Judge entered findings and recommendations on May 1, 2023, recommending that Defendant County of Fresno’s motion to dismiss be denied. (ECF No. 37.) On May 15, 2023, Defendant filed objections, and on May 31, 2023, Plaintiffs filed a response to Defendant’s objections. (ECF Nos. 38, 39.)
