Defendants. 16 Plaintiff Duchun Lafre Goodwin (“Plaintiff”) proceeds pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil action. (Doc. 1.) For the reasons that follow, the Court will recommend that this action be dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted and for failure to obey a court order. I. Background Plaintiff initiated this action on March 8, 2023, and filed an incomplete application to proceed in forma pauperis. (Docs. 1, 2.)
