The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. On May 18, 2023, the Magistrate Judge issued findings and recommendations, recommending that the Court dismiss this action with prejudice due to Plaintiff’s failure to comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 8(a) and his failure to state any cognizable claims.
