J. SHRUM, et al., Defendants. 16 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with a civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff claims defendants failed to provide him with adequate medical care when he experienced a medical emergency on August 20, 2018. (ECF No. 1 at 3, 5.) Presently before the court is defendants’ fully briefed motion for summary judgment. (ECF No. 32.) For the reasons set forth below, the undersigned will recommend that the motion for summary judgment be granted.
