MAYFIELD, (ECF Nos. 123, 125, 129) Defendant. 16 This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff Leobardo Eric Ramos’s (“Plaintiff”) motion for reconsideration of the Magistrate Judge’s order denying Plaintiff’s motion for appointment of expert witnesses. (ECF No. 125.) For the reasons stated below, the Court denies Plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration. I. Background Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. This case is proceeding on Plaintiff’s Eighth Amendment excessive force claim against Defendant Mayfield. (See ECF Nos. 12, 21, 109, 140.)
