Currently before the Court is Defendants’ exhaustion motion for summary judgment, filed June 15, 2023. I. RELEVANT BACKGROUND This action is proceeding against on Plaintiff’s excessive force claim against Defendant O. Valladolid, failure to intervene claim against Defendants B. Camargo, Gamboa, and T.
