(See ECF No. 1.) Currently before the Court is the Parties’ request for entry of judgment under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 68 filed on September 28, 2023. (See ECF No. 31.) Therein, Plaintiffs assert that they accepted Defendant’s offer of judgment pursuant to Rule 68. (ECF No. 31 at 2, 6.)
