Pending before the Court is Defendant’s unopposed motion, ECF No. 35, to dismiss this action as a sanction for failure to comply with the Court’s June 16, 2023, order directing Plaintiff to serve responses to discovery requests. On June 16, 2023, the Court granted Defendant’s unopposed motion to compel and ordered Plaintiff to serve responses to discovery requests within 30 days. See ECF No. 34.
