17 This matter is before the Court on Defendant Mick Geisser’s (“Officer Geisser” or “Defendant”) Motion to Dismiss. (ECF No. 17.) Plaintiff Rudy R. Castillo (“Plaintiff”) filed an opposition. (ECF No. 18.) Defendant filed a reply. (ECF No. 20.)
