Following hearing on the motions, the court issued an order to show cause to Mr. Applbaum. For the reasons below, the court grants defendants’ motion for fees, denies 22 plaintiff’s counsel’s motion to withdraw without prejudice and resolves the order to show 23 cause. 24 I.
