17 Plaintiff is a county prisoner, proceeding without counsel, with a civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. For the reasons stated herein, plaintiff’s amended complaint is dismissed with leave to amend. On September 27, 2023, the undersigned issued an order screening plaintiff’s original complaint. (ECF No. 5.) In claim one of the original complaint, plaintiff alleged that she was denied Adderall previously prescribed to treat attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (“ADHD”). (Id.) The undersigned found that claim one stated potentially colorable claims for relief against defendants Roesler and Nevarez. (Id.)
