Currently before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion to compel, filed September 29, 2023. I. RELEVANT BACKGROUND This action is proceeding on Plaintiff’s retaliation claim against Defendant Ayon. (ECF No. 28.) Defendant filed an answer to the complaint on December 1, 2022. (ECF No. 36.) After an unsuccessful settlement conference, the Court issued the discovery and scheduling order on February 8, 2023.
