Defendants. (ECF Nos. 24, 28) 16 Plaintiff Devonte Harris is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil rights action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. On March 28, 2023, the Magistrate Judge issued findings and recommendations, recommending that the Court deny Plaintiff’s second motion for a preliminary injunction. (ECF No. 28.) Plaintiff filed objections on April 25, 2023. (ECF No. 32.)
