No. 138, “Motion”). Defendants argue Plaintiff’s Eighth Amendment Bivens2 excessive force claim against Defendant Baker is barred by recent Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit case law. Plaintiff filed an Opposition (Doc. No. 140), and Defendants filed a Reply (Doc. No. 143).
