This action proceeds against Defendants E. Garcia-Fernandez, Bravo, Guerro, C. Castillo, and Gonzales (“Defendants”) for excessive force in violation of the Eighth Amendment. All parties have consented to United States Magistrate Judge jurisdiction. (ECF Nos. 38, 41.)
