18 Before the Court is Plaintiff Darren Gilbert’s motion for attorney fees and expert witness costs. (ECF No. 29). Defendants Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. d/b/a Dollar Tree # 2459 and Kimberly Anne Soranno (collectively, “Defendants”) oppose. (ECF No. 35). The parties have consented to conduct all proceedings in this action before the United States Magistrate Judge under the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(c)(1), with any appeal to the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
