17 This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff Youa Vue’s (“Plaintiff”) Motion to Modify the Scheduling Order and for Leave to Amend the Complaint. (ECF No. 20.) Defendants County of Yuba, Sheriff Wendell Anderson, and Captain Allan Garza (collectively, “Defendants”) filed an opposition. (ECF No. 22.) Plaintiff filed a reply. (ECF No. 24.)
