For the reasons stated herein, the undersigned recommends that this action be dismissed based on plaintiff’s failure to prosecute. Background On May 10, 2023, defendant filed a summary judgment motion. (ECF No. 77.) On June 15, 2023, plaintiff filed her first motion for extension of time to file an opposition. (ECF No. 79.) The grounds of this request were that plaintiff was in “medical distress” and lacked access to necessary legal documents. (Id.)
