The Parties request the Court to continue the stay of this action, including the initial scheduling conference and related deadlines pending a preliminary approval of the class-wide settlement in NangChan v. Ulta Inc., et al., Case No. 2:23-cv-00650- AB-PLA (“Chan”), a related action pending in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. (Id. at 3).
