17 This matter came before the court on November 21, 2023 for a hearing on the motions to dismiss filed by defendant City of Etna (“City”) and defendant Nathan Mendes. (Doc. Nos. 56, 57.) Attorneys James Cook and Brandon Yee appeared by video on behalf of plaintiff Ryder Klenk, attorney Derick Konz appeared by video on behalf of the defendant City, and attorney Amanda Moyer appeared by video on behalf of defendant Mendes.
