(ECF Nos. 10, 17, 20) 15 Petitioner Gurmeet Bisla Singh, represented by counsel, is an immigration detainee proceeding with a petition of writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. The parties have consented to the jurisdiction of a United States Magistrate Judge. (ECF Nos. 9, 12.) For the reasons stated herein, the Court denies Respondents’ motion to stay as moot and dismisses the petition for writ of habeas corpus as moot. I.
